The Western Sydney Careers Expo 2012

The Western Sydney Careers Expo provides resources and information for tertiary courses, career and employment options, the HSC, study strategies, the gap year and much more. A feature of The Expo is the seminar program with presentations on course, career and study advice, employment opportunities and key HSC subjects.

All of Year 12 will be attending on Thursday 21st June and meeting at 10:00am at Hall 4 - see permision note handed out by Mr Camilleri.

2012 Job Guides are in!

These will be handed out to all Yr 12 students and will be a great starting point for career information.

Year 12 students will soon be receiving their copies of Job Guide 2012.

For all other grades, you can access the online version of the Job Guide which can be found at: www.jobguide.deewr.gov.au.

Students are encouraged to visit the national career information and exploration service website www.myfuture.edu.au.

Career News Notice Boards have arrived!

If you are walking through to Middle School or travelling across to Senior School, you would have come across our new Career Notice boards and pamphlet holders, which are crammed with information on many university, Tafe and other career pathways.

Also within room SSM, beside the Senior School staffroom, is located a careers stand which will also store careers information, once it comes down from the notice boards, as new information is posted.

So, if you are interested in a particular career or you have any general inquiries regarding post-school opportunities, please drop by and see me. I am located within the Head of Senior School office, beside the Senior School staffroom.
